Bingchang mining area is located in the ravine area of Loess Plateau in Weibei, harsh natural climate, sparse vegetation, human activity frequently, is typical ecological fragile areas of environmental quality.As national planning thirteen coal bases-one of the main mining areas- Huanglong bases.Thus,under the condition of resource mining,the coal mining would result in serious of geologic environment problems. In this paper, on the basis of the research about the present situation of mining area geological environment, analyzes the geological disasters effect,the water resources and water environment effect and land resources and vegetation effect caused by coal exploitation,sets up the mining geological environment evaluation model used the extenics theory based on entropy value method, from the angle of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, selects of typical representative Tingnan of Binchang mining area to evaluate mining area geological environment comprehensive ion, and presentes results of evaluation partition, ecological fragile area geological environment protection measures are also suggested, For the ecological fragile district has important guiding significance to the protection of geological environment and development and research significance.The following research content are mainly included:(1)This paper discusses the natural geography and geological background in the study area, the mining area drought less rain,natural weather, serious Soil erosion, is a typical ecological fragile area. From coal mining induced “frequent occurrences of geological disasters”、“ the water resources and water environment deterioration”、 “Land resources and vegetation destruction” three aspects to carry out the mining area ecological analysis of geological environmental effect. To discuss Coal mining and the ecological environment vulnerability correlation.(2) Take the typical coal mine Tingnan of Binchang mining area for example, in terms of ecological resilience, resources-environment carrying capacity and coal mining pressure, determines evaluation factor and divides evaluated hierarchy.Environment comprehensive evaluation index system is established. The use of extension theory model based on optimal combination weighting law establishes mine geological environment assessment model, to determine the weighing values of evaluation factors and evaluation unit division,from a combination of qualitative and quantitative point of view,conducted a comprehensive evaluation of its geological environment.The evaluation results show that:The ecological evaluation of elastic force: high stability of geological unit account for 41.10% of the total area of evaluation area, medium stability of geological unit account for 24.69% of the total area of evaluation area, low stability of geological unit account for 41.10% of the total area of evaluation area, weak stability of geological unit account for 26.54% of the total area of evaluation area. Eco-system recovery and adjustment ability stability region from high region to low region becomes worse.Resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation: high carrying capacity of geological units account for 55.94% of the total area of evaluation area, medium carrying capacity of geological units account for 6.58% of the total area of evaluation area, low carrying capacity of geological units account for 29.85% of the total area of evaluation area, weak carrying capacity of geological units account for 7.64% of the total area of evaluation area. Resources and environment carrying capacity from high region to low region becomes worse.Coal mining pressure: weak mining pressure of geological units account for 73.74% of the total area of evaluation area, low mining pressure of geological units account for 0% of the total area of evaluation area, medium mining pressure of geological units account for 1.64% of the total area of evaluation area, high mining pressure of geological units account for 24.62% of the total area of evaluation area.Coal mining is contributing to the deterioration of ecological and geological environment.(3) Tingnan coal mine of Binchang mining area is fragile ecological and geological environment, Only 32.40% of the area can maintain the normal development of mining area ecosystem, 43.89% of the area in the critical state, and 23.71% of the regional ecological system is destroyed.Thus, to carry out the mining area ecological prevention and control of geological environment protection is urgent.
