| As the reform of medical system in our country deepens and the opening-up ofthe pharmaceutical logistics develops in recent years, significant changes have takenplace in the external environment for pharmaceutical enterprises. Though domesticpharmaceutical logistics market has been rapidly developed, many problems stillremain. Xianju Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd is a manufacturing drug maker. The successfuldelivery of its products to various places relies on a well-developed logisticsdistribution system. With the rapid development and expansion of the company’sbusiness, more problems in the logistics distribution sector are appearing, making it abottleneck to the company’s development. How to spot these problems and makerelevant strategies to address these problems is the core topic of this paper.The paper analyzed the competitive environment of the pharmaceutical enterprises,the development and future developing trend of the logistics market of pharmaceuticalenterprises. Based on logistics management theories, it made an in-depth analysis onthe current situation of the logistics distribution system of the Xianju PharmaceuticalCo. Ltd, pointing out some major problems such as low efficiency, high cost and lackin professional workers etc. in the process of logistics distribution, and dug out theinternal reasons that restricted the logistics distribution development. Aiming at thecompany’s strategic goals, the paper proposed a plan to improve the company’slogistics distribution system, integrate resources, raise the efficiency and lower thecost. In conclusion, the paper gave some suggestions and blueprint of the company’sfuture development: information system building and logistics talents reservation.This paper’s study and work to give some practical and feasible proposals toimprove the logistics distribution system of Xianju Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd so thatreal problems can be solved in the process of logistics distribution. |
