Research On The Project Management Maturity Model Of Da Zhaigou Wetland Treatment Project

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the economy, the environment hasbeen affected roughly. According to the newly research, the total area of the wetlandin China has been cut down from366thousand square kilometers to324thousandsquare kilometers. The destruction is obvious. Therefore, it’s of great urgency to treatthe wetland.The building of Da Zhaigou wetland treatment project takes advantage of the DaZhaigou, aiming at constructing Huantai to a specific Northern China Watery Town,which is full of charms. By putting forward the landscape planning and design of thewatery and the ecological recovery planning and design of Mata Lake wetland, theproject will help to improve the ecological watery function and contribute to meet theneeds of constructing a harmonious ecological model development frame, which willrealize the organic combination of the economic benefits, social benefits andecological benefits.By way of literature research, system analysis, field survey and case analysismethod, this thesis tries to explore a project management maturity model which canbe used to guide the practice of the Da Zhaigou wetland treatment project and thesame kind.On the analysis of project management maturity model and the characters of theecological wetland treatment, it puts forward the Da Zhaigou ecological wetlandtreatment project management maturity model, which is divided into three layers, sixmature management components and13operation processes. The innermost layer isthe operational goal, the second layer is the operational process and the outermostlayer is the mature management of different knowledge fields related to Da Zhaigouecological wetland treatment project. The second layer belongs to the practice level,which aims at realizing the goal of the innermost layer by conducting the project,while the outermost layer is a concept level which tries to transfer the goal of the innermost layer to the theoretical level. The components and the processes of thelayers interact with each other to achieve the goal of Da Zhaigou ecological wetlandtreatment project.Through applying the project management maturity model to the specificanalysis of Da Zhaigou ecological wetland treatment project, this thesis is expected toguide the other projects of the same kind on the condition that it lacks guidance ofproject management maturity model of ecological wetland treatment at present.Finally, some suggestions are given to the project management maturity modelfrom the following five aspects, that is, the working duty and service scope, the rulesand regulations, sincere construction, information management, communication andpersonnel training, etc.Above all, the building of the Da Zhaigou ecological wetland treatment projectmanagement maturity model is expected to make the project control effectively, avoidthe risk reasonably and promote the core competitiveness of the organization and thesuccessful rate of the project remarkably.
