Management Model Of Self-integrated Innovation In Baosteel XZS Technology Projects

With the continuous development of the oil industry,there has been a growing market demand of XZS for oil casing.The localization rate of the XZS for the casing and tubing products is below normal in China.The market gap of these products is about 100 thousand tons per year.Baosteel Tubing Plant did not have an individual XZS production line before,lacking the volume production compatibility of XZS.With Baosteel's Eleventh Five-Year Plan for the steel industry development,the company has built a new production line,which has the volume production capacity to produce the high quality XZS with the low costs.The new line will increase the yield of high value added products and become a new profit growth point for the company.The original oil casing production line is introduced from abroad with its complete set of equipments.On this basis,we are working hard to fully utilize and integrate the existing technical achievements,combining with partial innovation,to form the core equipment,key technologies and the proprietary intellectual property rights for the new built line.Thus we can take the leading position in the steel tubing industry.Based on the theory of project management,the purpose of this paper is to research the management mode of Baosteel XZS independent integrated innovation project,combining with the knowledge of integrated innovation.The paper states the project management requirements of technical integration innovation and its difference from the traditional technical improvement project.Based on the management concept,management content,management tools,management procedures,management system and management method,the paper analyses the cross functional project team,the knowledge integration,technology integration of PDCA control method,technology integration and the integration of the performance system.It also researches the essential feature of the management mood and of the project and summarizes some experience benefiting the technical independent integrated innovation project management.The paper also analyses the problem of the Baosteel XZS independent integrated innovation project management and gives some advise.The research will improve the independent integrated innovation project management mode and help the following up project.It will also reference other companies on the independent integrated innovation project management.
