Study Of Changchun Ecological City Construction Under The Perspective Of Marxist Ecological View

Since the20s in20th century, the pace of urbanization has speeded up with the acceleration of global economic development. However, the construction of city has been blind and in disorder, giving birth to the problems such as severe pollution and waste of resources, which restrict seriously the development of city. In order to make the city construction achieve the sustainable development with a congenial city environment, scholars and scientist have attached more weight to the construction of ecological city.This paper puts the research focus on Changchun, the capital city of Jilin province, studying its construction of ecological city from nature, ecology and society on the conceptual base of ecological Marxism. In the beginning, the paper firstly gives a literature review on relevant theoretical premise, and interprets the definition of ecological Marxism. Next, the author raises some significant opinions on the construction of ecological city, pointing out the favorable conditions Changchun owns as well as its recent achievements. Then the paper discusses the main problems existing in the construction of ecological city in Changchun, and analyzes the relevant causes. At last, on the basis of above analyses, a strategic suggestion based on the protection of natural system, economic aspects and social security is proposed. It also talks about the construction of ecological city at home and abroad which are worth to learn from, leaving significant implications for further study on the construction of ecological city in Changchun.
