In this paper,there is the whole simulation process for LuoYang FCCUâ… adsorption-stabilization system with whole process optimization softwarePetro-SIM. According to the existing problems, a new process is proposed,in order to reduce the energy consumption and optimize the process.Through the simulation of absorption-stabilization system, thenature and distribution of the product can be made at off-line. Thetechnical staff can know the product distribution better fromqualitatively to quantitatively, and it has a certain reference value fortechnical transformation and operating adjustments.In the model, it is very important of energy saving that energyconsumption comparison is calculated with the reference, that iscomparing the difference. the method can avoid many parameters todisturbance and can quickly analyze a greater impact variable on energyconsumption. In the simulation, when keeping the key material content unchanged in the desorption tower bottom, the load is gradually decreased3.43%,6.42%,At the same time, the cooling is load increased, the firstcooling load decreased27%,55%,the second is increased22%,47%.So thecooling load can be significantly reduced by improving the feedtemperature, but in order to maintain good absorption effect, the secondcondensation load is increased significantly. Reducing energyconsumption can be realized through the two condensation and intermediatereboiler process. Reduce the stability gasoline cooling load, and takeadvantage of waste heat to increase the middle vapor volume of desorptiontower, and reduce the reboiler load and the amount of supplementaryabsorbent. |
