This thesis aims to study the effect of trade on carbon emissions’ location transfer, and analysis the influence factors of the carbon emissions’ change, so as to put forwardrelated suggestions. Through the study of the existing literature, the author construct theinput-output model, and make an input and output analysis using2000-2007years’bilateral trade data between China and Japan, input and output coefficient table and energyconsumption coefficients, thus account the emissions of the sino-japanese trade from2000to2007, and reflects the effect of sino-japanese trade on carbon emissions’ location shift,in addition, the paper have accounted the net trade emissions and trade emission condition,to analysis our country’s development of energy trade conditions, also, the author use theLMDI model to reveal the causes of the trade emissions’ change with the main influencefactors. The results show that during this period the trade emissions had got a rapid growthand with the trade emission condition worsen, though the net trade emissions ispositive, that could be based on the long-term trade deficit, rather than the improvement oftechnology level or export structure. And the growth of trade emissions are mainlyoriginated from the scale effect, the efficiency effect effectively restrains its growth.Besides this, structure effect is small, showing that trade structure’ change made littleeffect to the change of trade emissions.Through the analysis of the trade emissions and factors of the change of tradeemissions, and considering the trend of the global economy, this paper suggests toaccelerate industrial structure adjustment, enhance the technical level, Establishenvironmental tax system and develop the recycling economy or Learn of advancedenvironmental technology and so on from the government and enterprise aspect, topromote the harmonious development of the economy and environment.
