With China's economic development, the foreign trade has been Experienced rapid growth, it also made tremendous contributions to our economy. China is a typical export-oriented country, most of export products are low-end, with high energy consumption, high carbon emissions and low value-added. That means China's export trade released some carbon dioxide for other countries. Energy consumption and depletion of primary energy has begun to attract public attentions. Global climate warming is a major environmental problem to us. By 2010 China's carbon dioxide emissions have been highest in the world, at the same time China is the world's second largest energy producer and consumer. China is a major exporter, with export-oriented industries, manufacturing of mechanical products, textiles are also high carbon emissions industries, that means China's trade surplus are exchanged by environment damage. This paper studies carbon dioxide emission of the export trade, and how get energy reduction. The first chapter introduces the research about the embodied carbon emissions, at home and abroad, and on this basis, presents this paper. The second chapter describes the major developed countries and China's emission reduction measures, understand the country's low-carbon economic development. Chapter III focuses on the export of carbon emissions, use input-output theory, China's export trade are divided into 17 sectors, calculate every industry' carbon emissions, and then decides which part we should focus on. Also calculated China's total export emissions, and simulate the conditions in high technology, what will change in carbon emissions. The results show that, if use advanced technology, China's carbon emissions can be reduced 80% on the basis of the existing. Chapter IV analyzes carbon content factors in the export trade by using LMDI model, namely:scale effect, structural effect, intensity effect. By calculating, the scale effect on the carbon content implied the greatest impact, followed by the structural effect, with minimal impact of carbon emission factor effect. On the basis of the studies, from China' export trade considering carbon emission reduction, Put forward some measures to reduce carbon emission, including:adjust energy consumptive structure; optimize the export trade structure; research and develop low-carbon technologies:the support of national policies and regulations.
