Nowadays, people take very concerned about the comfort of fabric in terms ofconsumptions in apparel products. When skin and fabric have contact with each other,the tactility comes. It greatly affects people’s overall evaluation of fabric. Prickle is animportant part of tactility which comes from the contact of people and fabric, having ahuge influence on comfort evaluation of wearing fabric.The comfort of fabric has three species: tactile comfort, psychological comfortand thermal comfort feel. Among these, the most direct and intuitive impact on thehuman body is the tactile comfort feel. In the process of wearing apparel, tactilecomfort which comes from the contact between apparel and skin, the body’s feelingmainly affect the overall evaluation of clothing comfort. Generally speaking, themechanical action between the skin and fabric determines the tactile comfort of fabric.This mechanical effect is the weight yourself and the body movement along withdeformation of clothing pressure, or may be surface micro-tearing formed by contactbetween clothing and skin. Tactile comfort includes a lot of contents, such as touch,prickle, etc. In the course of study, people put a lot of focus on the hand feeling offabrics rather than prickle. On the wool or hemp clothing, when wearing the two kindof apparel, people often feel physiological and psychological discomfort because ofitching or stinging sensation, so they give up to purchase these two kinds of products.Therefore, for consumers, study of prickle can get better performance products. Formanufacturers, they can get more profits.Ramie is endemic textile fiber to China, its product has many excellent properties,but because of the performance itself, the prickle presents in process of wearing, thussetting a barrier in underwear use. Therefore, the study of generation mechanism oframie fiber prickle, evaluation method and elimination of prickle is very necessary.At present, there are more studies on woven fabric, but less on knitted fabric, andhas the methods of eliminating the ramie fabric prickle(such as singeing method,hairiness suppressing method, water washing method, alkali treatment, softening method and so on) the effect is not ideal, or test arrangement is not reasonable, testdata treatment is not scientific. Therefore, this test gives study on cellulose on knittedfabric finishing, using the method of quadratic general rotational combination designto arrange test and data treatment. This makes the test arrangement more reasonableand makes the test data more accuracy. This paper contrasts the performance of ramiefabric before and after the treatment, analyzing the affect of experimental factors onthe properties of ramie knitted fabric for laying the foundation to seek the excellentmethod of cellulose enzyme modification.
