Because of its excellent performance,knitted fabric has been widely used in various fields such as clothing,insdutry,agricultion and medical services.However,it is easy to snag on the use process,cause the fabric pilling,affecting its performance and aesthetics.At present,we mainly use acrylic ester and polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent to treat knitted fabric.However,after these kinds of finishing agent treat fabric,the feeling is poor.Aiming at the problem,two kinds of silicone were synthesized,Two kinds of anti-pilling finishing agents were obtained for the silicone modified polyurethane.and they were applied on fabrics,can give the textile better anti-pilling performance,and has less influence on the fabric feel.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)The piperazine silicone oil was synthesized with 3-piperazine propyl methyl dimethoxysilane and octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane as the raw materials.The polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly propyl-ene glycol(PPG),diethylene glycol(DEG),N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)as the raw materials,The synthesized of silicone-modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows:The mass ratio of octamaethylcyclotrasi-loxane and3-piperazine propyl methyl dimethoxysilane was 25:1,R value(molar ratio of NCO to OH)is 1.8,the weight of DEG and MDEA were 4%and 6%,The mass ratio of piperazine silicone was15%(all representing percentage of the total mass of the pre polymer),The reaction tempeture of piperazine silicone and polyurethane prepolymer were 15~20?.The silicone-modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent was applied on fabrics.Compared with the untreated cotton fabric,when the concentration of anti-pilling finishing agent was 60g/L,pH value was 6,and the baking temperature and time were160?and 120 s,The grader of anti-pilling was 4,the MIU and G of the treated fabric were0.233?m and 0.552 mN.cm,The air permeability and hygroscopicity were 1177mm/s and836g/m~2.h.After 15 laundries,The grader of anti-pilling was 3~4,the MIU and G of the treated fabric were 0.267?m and 0.510 mN.cm,The air permeability and hygroscopicity were1283mm/s and 918g/m~2.h.respectively.The fabrics were treated by Piperazine silicone modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent have has good durable anti-pilling.It has little effect on softeness.(2)The Two-end hydroxy polyether modified silicone oil was acrylic polyethers and hydrosilicone oil as the raw materials.The polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly propyl-ene glycol(PPG),N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)and polyhexamethylene hydrochloride(PHGC)as the raw materials,The synthesized of silicone-modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows:The mass ratio of octamaethylcyclotrasi-loxane and3-piperazine propyl methyl dimethoxysilane was 25:1,R value(molar ratio of NCO to OH)is 2.0,the weight of MDEA and PHGC were 8%and 7%,The mass ratio of Two-end hydroxy polyether modified silicone oil was 15%(all representing percentage of the total mass of the pre polymer).The silicone-modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent was applied on fabrics.Compared with the untreated cotton fabric,when the concentration of anti-pilling finishing agent was 60g/L,pH value was 6,and the baking temperature and time were160?and 120 s,The grader of anti-pilling was 4,the MIU and G of the treated fabric were0.252?m and 0.528 mN.cm,The bacteriostasis was 73.26%,The air permeability and hygroscopicity were 1219mm/s and 1031g/m~2.h.After 15 laundries,The grader of anti-pilling was 3~4,the MIU and G of the treated fabric were 0.271?m and 0.542 mN.cm,The bacteriostasis was 64.55%,The air permeability and hygroscopicity were 1312mm/s and 1129g/m~2.h.respectively.The fabrics were treated by Two-end hydroxy polyether silicone modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent have has good durable anti-pilling.It has little effect on softeness.
