Changeless pad is much rope friction hoist of important component, it undertakes all wire rope weight, containers, self-respect, cargo weight, balance weight, and tail rope run-time all moving load and the impact load. Changeless liner wear, causing ascension machine produces wire rope, affect the force uneven mine safety ascend to heaven, so liner wear research is important..First, this thesis pointed out the research background, and summarizes the present situation and the cushions changeless maintenance of its existing situation, analyses on the research situation of changeless pad, this thesis illustrates the research content and research significance. Secondly, according to the actual stress liners changeless by means of numerical analysis, and calculates the stress formula based on MATLAB mathematical software for the stress of the theory gained formulae for further improvement, get a group with padding rotation stress have bigger or smaller and turned from small to big force of values.According to the working environment of liner of hoisting sheave, the three-dimensional models of the new liner, 1/5,1/3,1/2 and 2/3 wearing liners were built based on Pro/E software, and exported the model to the ANSYS software, the finite element model was obtained by meshing. Horizontal full restraint and longitudinal uniform stress of the liner were regarded as the loading case. In this loading case, regularity of distribution of stress and displacement of different degree wearing liner was obtained, and the finite element analysis results were compared and studied to get the critical value of fault liner.
