Hence, we canlearn from these, combine with our country’s law environment and environmentalpollution accidents characteristics, based on three main bodies which including thegovernment, enterprises and the public, through effective system design, realization threemain bodies in the benign interaction on environmental risk communication, reach thepurpose that reduces the risk as more as possible.
