Establish environmental information disclosure system in the environment of the Basic Law, the mark of environmental information disclosure system in our country to be truly established, the implementation of environmental information system with basic protection, promote the establishment of a formal environmental information disclosure system has come to an end. In practice, the future of environmental protection and governance,to environmental information disclosure around to find the core of the System Construction inadequate system of internal provisions as well as the focus. One of the important and effective perspective, is public participation in environmental protection.In the perspective of public participation in environmental protection to study the problems of environmental information disclosure, first of all to environmental information and public participation in these two concepts have an accurate understanding. The first part in combing these two concepts, based on the historical evolution of the connotation, to further explore these two concepts, and strive to precise statements.
