Hydrazone is a product of the hydrazide react with aldehydes or ketones, Compared with hydrazide, hydrazone not only adopted hydrazide some peculiar biological activity, and more easily be degraded, more low toxicity, is a new type of environmental friendly materials. Because it contains good activity in this sub-group structure of organic compounds, with strong coordination ability and biological activity. It founds that hydrazone bond (hydrazone), acetal bond (acetal), ketal bond (ketal) and β-amino ester (beta-amino ester) in the physiological acidic conditions (pH5.0-6.5) of the hydrolysis faster than normal physiological conditions (pH7.4)100-500times fasterm. Acylhydrazone because of its special structure (containing conjugated π-bond and electronic effects), has attractted widespread attention. Studies have shown that aromatic hydrazone and can chelat transition metals which human indispensable elements, and metabolites is low or non-toxic, so it is a kind of material has medical application prospect. Many studies have shown that acyl hydrazone coordination complexes with higher biological activity than the hydrazone ligands, acyl hydrazone coordination complexes have many effectiveness such as sterilization, diminish inflammation, anticancer.After reading many of the relevant literature, this topic chose hydroxyl acetophenone widely used in pharmaceutical, pesticide, rubber, plastic, etc of neighborhoods as raw materials, design and synthesize three kinds of adjacent hydroxyl acetophenone series carbonyl hydrazone, use many kinds of analysis and test means to characterize their performance and structure. The density of adjacent hydroxyl acetophenone is close to water, belong to a simple ketone compounds, and adjacent hydroxyl acetophenone or treating cardiovascular diseases drug the main raw material, is many organic synthesis reactions necessary intermediates. The research and development in medicine has the vital significance and good application prospect.The topics use2-hydroxyacetophenone as the raw materials,2-hydroxyacetoph-enone react with two hydrazide compounds (benzoylhydrazine,4-chlorobenzoyl hy-drazine), in conditions of90℃, anhydrous ethanol as solvent, reflux7h, synthesizes two kinds of hydrazone ligands:1-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)ethanone benzoyl hydrazone (H2Ll),1-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)ethanone4-chlorobenzoyl hydrazone (H2L2). And use infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, ultraviolet spectrum and other method to haracterize it.This subject dissolve the synthetized two new novel hydrazone ligands and transition metal chlorate (or nitrate) and pyridine in the organic solvents mixed of methanol, DMF and acetone.Having synthesized eight kinds of complexes, two kinds of single crystal were cultivated by solvent diffusion method:complexes of H2Ll and nickel (Cu(H2Ll)]·py), H2L2and nickel complexes ([Ni(H2L2)]·py)and H2L2and copper with objects ([Cu(H2L2)]-py), and elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogra-vimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy and other means of complexes were used to analyze and characterize them, the molecular composition of the complexes were de-termined, the construction of the complexes and coordination modes were studied, test data of the crystal structure has shown that: the complex [Cu(H2L1)]·py is monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, the complex [Ni(H2L2)]-py is orthorhombic, space group ’Pbcm’; complexes [Cu (H2L2)]-py is monoclinic, space group P1.
