The metallporphyrin compounds have a special affinity for tumor tissue, they can choosethe cancer cells and accurate positioning in cancer tissues, thus they can be a goodpositioning of the cancer agent. Also is kind of a good photodynamic therapy photosensitize.5-Fluorouracil(5-FU), a widely used anticancer drug, has a very clear anti-metabolicfunction and play a certain impediment to cancer cell proliferation, and thus inhibit a varietyof tumors.5-Fluorouracil also has its own can not be ignored shortcomings, one of which iswhen the medication reaches the treatment of diseases of the effective dose, the same isachieved drug poisoning measurement.In order to reduce the toxicity effects of5-fluorouracil, looking for has the anit-cancer effects and photosensitive photosensitizer. A series of water-soluble and fat-soluble of metalloporphyrin-5-fluorouracil acetylcholine complexes have been synthesized bycombing various bromo-alkyloxyphenyl metalloporphyrin with5-fluorouracil-1-yl-acetylcholine. Expect to be able to reduce5-fluorouracil drug toxicity to normal cells, enhance antitumor drug targeting and anti-cancer activity.Specific content is as follows:Firstly, two novel chlorophenyl porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-yl-acetylcholine compoundshave been synthesized, and the strctures were comfirmed by UV-Vis, IR,1H NMR and MS.Secondly, we synthesized three chlorophenyl copper-porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-yl-acetylcholine complexes, three chlorophenyl zinc-porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-yl-acetylcholinecomplexes, six chlorophenyl manganoporphyrin-5-fluorouracil-acetylcholine complexesand three methoxyphenyl manganoporphyrin-5-fluorouracil-acetylcholine complexes,15intotal. Their structures have been confirmed by UV-Vis, IR and MS.Thirdly, we have improved the conditions of separaion and purification. The resultswere very well.
