5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is commonly used as anti-cancer drugs in clinical. After for medicine, it has the damaging effect to the cancer organization, but normal cells have been damaged greatly. It was modified chemically by chemists and pharmaceutical workers to minimize its shortcoming and some modification of the products have achieved good results. In view of the fact that the porphyrin has the characteristic which the selective detention cancer organizes, and transports straight take it as the carrier 5- fluorineuracils to the cancer organizes, to estimate that may reduce to normal tissue's damage.In previous studies, our group synthesized lipophilic "porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-ethyl compounds." On this basis, in order to find both water-soluble and fat-soluble the "porphyrin-5-fluorouracil compounds ", enables it to have the balanced water affinity and the lipophilic nature, leads the medicine member in the biological cells. Choline has characteristics of a good water-soluble and fat affinity, so I link choline chloride and 5-fluorouracil-1-yl ethanoic acid, synthesize 5-fluorouracil-1-acetylcholine quaternary ammonium chloride. Then with the photosensitivity of porphyrins connected to it, synthesize target "porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-acetylcholine compounds." We expect that they could have the characteristics of water-soluble and fat-soluble, dissolve quickly after they was taken into the living body, and reach the cancer tissues to kill cancer cells, achieve good anti-cancer effect.In this paper, we have designed and synthesized six kinds of"chlorophenyl porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-acetylcholine compounds"and three kinds of"p-methoxyphenyl porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-acetylcholine compounds", and then characterized their structures.As follows:1. Six types of chlorophenyl porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-acetylcholine compounds have been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and ES-MS.2. Three types of methoxyphenyl porphyrin-5-fluorouracil-1-acetylcholine compounds have been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and ES-MS. 3.
