Under the background of project which is done between the State Key Laboratory of Rolling and Automation the of Northeastern University and Smelt-roll Laboratory of Baotou Steel Company, analyzing the equipment composition and basic automation control system of AS-300Ⅲ, installing and debugging the equipment on the scene, with the actual situation, giving the Mathematical model, and on the result, researching parts of impact factors to non-orientation silicon steel in the annealing process. The main contents are as follows:1) Introducing the composition of AS-300Ⅲ, analyzing the basic automation of the whole equipment, establishing the system of temperature closed loop system, tension closed-loop system, displacement closed loop system and data collecting-reporting forms system.2) Combining with the actual parameters, using MATLAB, collecting the actual measuring data, analyzing secondary control model. Establish the multivariable linear regression model between SCR angle and PDI dates. Making the mode used in the feedforward control. Finally, dynamic error is±5℃, and static error is±2℃3) Designing a series of experiments in the atmosphere. Analyse organization and performance of non-orientation silicon steel betweeen the830℃and970℃under the ways of the current heating and radiation heating. Results show that there is a consistent trend and the max place is5%.4) Researching parts of influence factors on the influence to non-orientation silicon steel in the process of continuous annealing with AS-300Ⅲ. Changing different annealing heat preservation, annealing temperature heating rate and annealing protective atmosphere, analyzing the results through the observation of the microstructure and structural, detection of magnetic induction and core loss value which show that:930℃is the best heating temperature;30℃/s is the best heating rate in the10~50℃/s; the higher the hydrogen content is in the atmosphere, the better product is, but when hydrogen more than30%, there is not obvious advantage.
