Anneal is the most important step in cold-rolled steel production, and the heating zone is the most important process in annealing. So,how to control the temperature of steel in heating zone is very important.Any control process can not be separated mathematical model, mathematical model is foundation of control.In the heating zone of continuous annealing furnace, each heating section furnace temperature, strip size and speed have the combined effect of strip exiting temperature.In the production process, with the change of produce plan target strip exiting temperature have to make adjustments, that says, temperature control system requires the transition from one steady state to another stable state, this transition will have great impact to control systems and production. And this need accurately control the temperature settings and a scientific strategy to complete the transition process stability control.Also in a stable production process, the heating zone temperature and the strip target temperature have complex nonlinear relationship, and control of each heating zone of mutual influence, not only depend on the combustion of own heated area; together with a large inertia of continuous annealing furnace led strip temperature control considerable difficulty. Therefore, if according the production process to established relational model between the temperature of furnace and temperature of the strip, then according to the model to optimize the furnace temperature setting, will improve product quality and reduce consumption.The center of this work is to establish a model between strip exiting temperature and furnace temperature, strip entry temperature, strip thickness, strip speed in heating zone of continuous annealing furnace.The main contents are:analyze the heat transfer process in heating zone of continuous annealing furnace, establish the mechanism model of strip temperature of heating process.Then I can produce a large number of input and output data, and use these data to establish ridge regression model of strip temperature.To deal with the nonlinear characteristics of heating zone used a method of ridge regression estimation based on kernel method, and optimize the ridge parameter, kernel function parameters by genetic algorithms.Adaptability of ridge regression model for this problem is poor, so I try the T-S fuzzy model.First of all, I do nonlinear mapping with the original data to new sample space by the weighted mixed kernel function, then use the new sample space identify the fuzzy model and optimize fuzzy model by genetic algorithm for global optimization. Final I test the adaptability of model with different strip.Fuzzy model shows better adaptability than ridge regression model.
