With the development of science and technology, in order to ensure the quality of parts processing, improving productivity and reducing the production cost is urgent need of modern machining. Modern machining continuously improves products manufacturing precision and surface roughness as the goal, such as precision and ultra-precision processing. In the numerical conditions, have few people study on the precision distribution of curve parts, little the theory of precision distribution offer reference and basis for ready-made NC production. This topic is based on the condition.To ensure the machining precision requirements, we should examine the distribution of various factors and various factors on the impact of machining precision. The purpose of studying machining accuracy is to study how to control error in various tolerances specified range and master the influence of various factors, in order to find the measures of reducing the processing errors and improve precision.This article takes the WEDM and the CNC cylindrical grinder as the research object, for the characters of the WEDM and CNC cylindrical grinder, we respectively design a series of curve work piece in two kinds of machine. Machining precision mainly includes dimension precision and geometry and the relative position precision. In the experiment dimension precision considers length precision, geometrical and position precision consider roundness, straightness, parallelism. The quality of surface considers roughness. WEDM processes work piece in the same condition, using the statistical analysis of the data and goodness-of-fit testing of normal distribution to research precision, find distribution of the precision and roughness.The grinding uses two orthogonal tests of three factors and three levels. Through the test of dimension precision, geometrical and position precision and surface quality, we can obtain the precision distribution of NC grinding machining by the statistics analysis of MATLAB. In the scope of experimental conditions, factors changes affect the precision t differently, and We get the optimal scheme of processing conditions. This article from the angle of experiment design, measuring design, the statistics and analysis of data, through the argumentation of processing experiment in WEDM and CNC cylindrical grinder, research on the distribution and influencing factors of NC machining precision, the significant effect of the factors. Through the analysis of results, it can provide certain theoretical and practical basis for the formulation of curves processing parameter and actual production processing in future. To guarantee and improve the machining precision is the limit and reducing of the processing error, to ensure the use of manufacturing products parts and to improve the performance requirements of quality, also to reduce the production cost.
