With the development of iron-steel industry,more and more iron materials are need,but the ores that can be put into blast furnace directly are less and less.Pellets as one of the artificial rich ore, having some advantages such as high grade iron,low quantity of slag, high mechanical strength and good reducibility. Nowadays, Pellets is a very important ingredient for smelting. As the blast furnace material, the pellet should meet following three-aspect standard:physical characteristics, chemical characteristics and metallurgical characters. Pellet chemical composition is one of the key standards and afect the quality of pellets directly.Pellet chemical component standard contains the TFe, FeO, MgO, CaO, SiO2percentage and the R of finished pellet. In the process of pellets production, the chemical component standard is mainly affected by the stage of ingredients. This paper analyse the technology process of grate-rotary kiln pellet production deeply firstly, including ingredients, dry, pre-heating, roast and freezing system.Then this paper analyse the factors of different chemical components, and divide them into two categories. After that, this paper proposed the concept of FeO oxidation factor. Through the site data collected, this paper bulid the mathematical model of FeO oxidation factor by BP Network. On the basis of learning the formula of ingredients, add the FeO oxidation factor into the ingredients formular and build the optimization model with the constraint of chemical component standard and objective of economy. The optimization model is solved with the method of linear programming.This paper based on the project of optimization ingredients from Ansteel, and develop ingredients optimized software interface by C#.NET. According to the standard of OPC, it can get data from Wincc and using ADO.NET to link C#.NET to the database for save, search and update the data. The build of the FeO oxidation factor model and the calculation of ptimization model are both finished by MATLAB. The Optimization Result is showed on the interface by the hybrid programming of C#.NET and MATLAB.
