At present, there is a lot of shortage in the domestic research of sports shoes, most is simple test evaluation, and it is few to discuss about the influence factors of comfortability of shoe deeply, and a unified evaluation method or standard is not formed. So based on fiber performance characteristics used in shoes and functional requirements of sports shoes, hemp blended materials can be applied to sports shoes. Studies have shown that:l.the best moisture absorption and quick dry properties of stitch-bonded fabric produced by hemp/polyester blended with different ratios is the hemp40/polyester60’s.2. order on mechanical properties and moisture absorption and quick dry properties of upper composite fabric is:hemp40/polyester60> cotton> polyester.3. polyester shoes cannot be effectively discharged moisture from the cavity, you have easily sense of slippery when wearing long time, cotton shoes, which containing more moisture in the material cannot be removed moisture in a timely manner, it generates a sense of wet adhesion easily and it is used as a breeding ground for bacteria, provided favourable breeding sites to lead to foot odor easily. However, hemp/polyester blended fabric will not only effectively absorb moisture in the cavity, but also moisture can be released in a timely manner, so moisture does not accumulate on the shoes, people will feel dry and comfortable.4. hemp/polyester blended fabric can form a solid supporting role when the shoes contact the ground, to prevent frequent fluctuations and excessive volatility, which ensure to funish action perfectly, and reduce the potential injury.
