Nowadays,consumers' requirements for clothing are not only limited to the appearance of clothing,but also pay more attention to the comfort of clothing.It is a major trend in the future consumer market to give textiles moisture absorption and quick-drying performance.In this paper,the 32 s cotton knitted jersey is finished with a composite function of moisture absorption,quick-drying and deodorizing.The research content includes the following aspects:The thesis first uses zinc chloride to physically modify the cotton fiber.Zinc chloride can be hydrolyzed into zinc hydroxide in an aqueous solution,forming an uneven fiber surface on the surface of the fiber,increasing the specific surface area of the fiber,and improving the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of cotton fabric.Experiments show that the modified cotton fabric has a radial wicking height of 156 mm,a weft wicking height of 128 mm,and a moisture evaporation rate of 0.16g/h.The moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of the cotton fabric has been improved.Optimal process: Under the condition of dipping temperature of 60?,soak the cotton fabric in 60g/L zinc chloride solution for 40 minutes,and the p H of the solution is 5.23,which has no obvious effect on the structure of cotton fabric.Next,the cotton fabric modified by zinc chloride is subjected to moisture absorption and quick-drying finishing,using carboxylic acid ethoxy compound(Rudolph),polyethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol ester copolymer(TF-630)and Resin type non-ionic surfactant(QD-6030)three kinds of moisture-absorbing quick-drying finishing agents are used for moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing of cotton fabrics.The appropriate dosage,setting temperature and setting time of moisture-absorbing quick-drying finishing agent are determined by single factor experiment.The results show that Rudolph improves the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of cotton fabrics best.After finishing,the cotton fabric has a radial wicking height of168 mm,a weft wicking height of 142 mm,and a moisture evaporation rate of 0.204g/h.Rudolph contains hydrophilic groups such as carboxyl groups,and the two ends are completely different hydrophilic polyoxyethylene segments and hydrophobic polyester segments,which can make the inner and outer layers of the cotton fabric have a relative difference in hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity,which improves the fabric's Capillary effect,the cross-linking reaction between oxygen-containing oxygen and fiber makes cotton fabric have good hydrophilicity,and moisture can quickly enter the inner layer of the fabric to diffuse and improve the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of the fabric.The best process: 50g/L Rudolph moisture absorption and quick-drying finishing agent,two dip and two rolling,heat setting under the condition of setting temperature of 170? and setting time of 90 s.Then three kinds of moisture absorption quick-drying finishing agents and three different acrylic ester water-repellent finishing agents are compounded and used.The purpose is to reduce the moisture absorption and swelling of the cotton fabric and further improve the quick-drying performance of the cotton fabric.Characterized by comparing the warp and weft wicking height and water evaporation rate of the cotton fabric.Experiments have proved that Rudolph's moisture absorption quick-drying finishing agent and fluorine-free XF-5003 water repellent have the best combined effect and are environmentally friendly.After compounding,the radial wicking height of the cotton fabric is 152 mm,the weft wicking height is 127 mm,and the water evaporation rate is 0.238g/h.The hydrophilicity of cotton fabric is reduced,and the quick-drying performance is significantly improved.The best process: choose 4g/L of XF-5003 water repellent and 5g/L of1306 crosslinking agent,two dip and two rolling,heat setting under the condition of setting temperature of 180? and setting time of 90 s.Fourth,use a deodorizing finishing agent(Binyou)whose main component is a silicate mineral compound to deodorize cotton fabrics.The silicate deodorizing finishing agent has good physical adsorption properties and can adsorb a large amount of ordinary The odor is good,and its stability is good,its adsorption performance will not be significantly affected when it is shaped at high temperature,and it has good washing resistance.The deodorization rate of the finished cotton fabric to ammonia gas is as high as 93.42%.Optimal process: neutral conditions,Binyou deodorant finishing agent 40g/L,adhesive 20g/L,two dip and two rolling,heat setting at 150?for 80 s.At the same time,the surface of silicate mineral has a hydroxyl structure and is hydrophilic,and the resin component in the adhesive is hydrophobic,which will affect the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of cotton fabric after finishing.The results show that the radial wicking height of the cotton fabric after deodorization finishing is 140 mm,the weft wicking height is 117 mm,and the water evaporation rate reaches 0.245g/h.The overall hydrophilicity of cotton fabric decreased slightly,and the quick-drying performance improved significantly.Finally,this article explores the washing resistance of the composite finishing process of moisture absorption,quick-drying and deodorizing finishing.After 20 times of washing,the evaporation rate and moisture permeability decrease rate of cotton fabrics are both within 10%,and the deodorization rate is still maintained above 80%,which is still higher than the national standard.
