Study On Detection And Control Of The High Risk Drug Residue—organophosphorus Pesticide And Sulfonamides In Ji Lin Province

Among them for planting and breeding performance in the use of pesticides and veterinary drug, especially organophosphate pesticides and sulfa antibiotics veterinary drug abuse on the environment and people healthy and cause damage to the threat, so the high-risk pesticides and antibiotic veterinary drug inspection and control has very important practical significance.This experiment using gas chromatography mass spectrometry-with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis technology of fruits and vegetables and meat samples of organ phosphorus pesticide residues, long effect p, methyl three) and sulfa veterinary drug residue (sulfa-drugs pyramiding, sulfonamides) former processing, detection means and related medicine residual toxicity of the system, and put forward the quality control plan. The main results are as follows:1. The optimal detecting condition of Monocrotophos and Parathion-methyl by GC/MS is that:the extraction method is impregnation and oscillation, the solvent is proponent,injection temperature is280℃, injection volume is3μL.2. The optimal detecting condition of sulfamethazine and sulfadiazine by LC-MS is that: the extraction method is homogenization extraction method, extraction temperature is39℃.3. The four kinds of vegetables in jilin province40sample testing analysis, long effect for5%detection rate of phosphorus, methyl three examining rate2.5%;44kinds of Jilin province meat40sample testing analysis, sulfa-drugs pyramiding10%detection rate, sulfonamides examining rate12.5%.4.1n the accumulation experiment of the phosphate pesticide (such as Monocrotophos), the accumulation coefficient K is3.25, between3and5, it is middle cumulative toxicity. The malformation rate of sperm of injection Monocrotophos was twice higher than that of control group. It’s showed that the teratospermia was advanced by Monocrotophos, and the Monocrotophos had strong genotoxicity.5.sulfonamides can improve the bone marrow cells in mice of micronucleus rate, sulfonamides can make the mice weight slow growth, produce organs atrophy, dosage increased with increasing atrophy phenomenon that sulfonamides have certain and chronic toxicity.6.
