Sheet metal stamping forming in many industries are widely used in the process, andproduced by the main three types defects are wrinkling, and rupture and springback, reboundin recent years is the most research problem, but also is the research difficulties, it seriouslyaffected the sheet metal forming parts of shapes and sizes precision. At present, theproduction process is often used repeatedly repair mould, try to determine the mode of moldtype way shape, but so repeatedly repair moulds, the testing moulds running efficiency toolow, design the cycles of time is long, the cost is high, especially complex curve of parts,repair time needed for moulds is longer, it is not suitable for modern quick die design andproduction of manufacturing. The finite element numerical simulation technology andcomputer of development, it makes that the researchers can accurately forecast the springbackquantity and quantity of the corresponding to the springback compensation is possible, itmakes repair mould and try mould in the computer, so greatly reduced the repair mode and trymode time needed for the process, which can reduce the mould manufacturing cost, shortennew mould design and development time cycle.This paper makes a study of the hollow leaves of the steam turbine blade stamping die designof the mould, use CAE plate stamping analysis software is Dynaform, of hollow bladestamping the corresponding stamping simulation and its forming quality analysis, springbacksimulation and springback compensate.The research content as follows:First the process parameters those Affect the resilience quantity size are orthogonal testanalysis in the stamping mould system, these is for optimization of process parameters andseek blades forming quality optimal and springback minimum amount.
