Deep wave corrugated boards are widely used in highway, bridge and culvert.It has lighter weight, smaller volume compared with reinforced concrete and PPT plastic raw materials.So it is widely used.Cold stamping forming technology is widely used in light industry, automobile, aerospace and other systems.And it is the first time for deep wave corrugated plate forming technology. For years the roll forming process is widely used in the forming process of corrugated plate culvert.The entire rolling system need large investment,but also have big output.If the actual required number of corrugated plate is not big, the advantages of tooling cannot be fully used.The production cost will be seriously waste.so we consider to use cold stamping forming process.The tooling cost controlled in low level.Although the production efficiency is reduced,but conforming to the actual production needs.Comprehensive consideration it is beteer meet the practical requirements.The forming process of deep wave is simulated and analyzed in this paper.In order to predict some molding defects,and optimize the process parameters.In the selection of software, we choose DYNAFORM software as simulation analysis software.Select St13 steel plate as forming material,analyze the forming and springback law under different technological parameters,including the parts forming and springback law under different blank holder force, die radius, punch die clearance, friction coefficient.And contrast the shape and springback angle change before and after reshaping.Finally,three dimensional of two sets of mold should be designed based on simulation parameters.
