On Scientific Construction Of Safety Culture Of Enterprise

Safety culture is various products and concepts which human being created todefend safety in process of society development. In process of enterprise'sdevelopment, except needing to ensure safety in production, have to ensure itselfabove an invincible position in the fierce rivalry, meanwhile, it must get harmonyalong with nature, this triple unification has just composed important content ofsafety culture of enterprise. This paper takes it for granted that safety culture ofenterprise is three-in-one system of humanity culture, science & technology cultureand ecology culture. At present, safety culture construction of our country's manyenterprises is still in the junior stage, even they don't consider safety culture at all. Ingeneral, systematic safety culture theory hasn't been formed. On the basis ofanalysing and arranging current research results, we have broken the traditionalvaluation system of enterprise's safety culture in this paper. We not only confine toone visual angles for scanning, but put enterprise in an environment, with theenterprise survival place base point, the enterprise needs the fine environmentforward and takes precautions against natural calamities of enterprise disasteralleviation backward. So, connotation of safety culture of enterprise has beenenriched with viewpoint of systematically in this paper.This paper is divided mainly into 5 parts: PartⅠbriefly introduce severalconcepts related to safety culture—culture, enterprise culture, humanity culture,science & technology culture and ecology culture, then, we pointed out the researchsignificance of this paper on the basis of studying current status. PartⅡ, we analysestructure arrangement including implement culture, system culture, spirit culture, andcore connotation including humanity culture, science & technology culture andecology culture of safety culture of enterprise. Part three, we discuss that whyenterprise needs to carry out safety culture construction, which we discuss in the termof aspects such as CSR, namely, corporate social responsibility, the function ofsafety culture of enterprise and whose important effect to safety produce. PartⅣ, we analyse some factors, that main the dissimilation of science & technology andpeople's insecurity behavior, affecting safety culture of enterprise. PartⅤ, as corepart of full text, concentrate on having discussed safety culture of enterpriseconstruction measures, and have brought forward some approach respectively fromhumanity culture, science & technology culture and ecology culture visual angle,ultimately, safety culture of enterprise system have been structured. Finally, theinnovative point and defects have been pointed out in concluding remark of thispaper.In a word, the construction of safety culture of enterprise from the humanity,science & technology and ecology three visual angles accords with enterprise'sdevelopment law in the environment, and the safety culture of enterprise taking formthat is able to ensure enterprise to develop smoothly.
