With the increasing demands of mechanical parts surface quality and machining accuracy inmodern production, mechanical processing industry is developing towards high-precision, highlyautomated and highly efficient, and because the consumption of non-renewable resources,machinery manufacturing costs are also increasing year by year, these all have raised the newdemand on improving machine performance and cutting down the cost..In this paper, by using a new type of the steel fiber polymer concrete filled structure toimprove the static and dynamic properties of machine tool, as well as reduce the cost of machineproduction. Firstly according to the theory analyse of mechanics, to compare the deflection valueof the steel fiber polymer concrete filled structure beams with the pure cast iron beams and steelfiber polymer concrete structure beams, the study proves that the mechanical properties of thesteel fiber polymer concrete filled structure come up to cast iron structure with the same grade;And then by using ANSYS to carry out the beam structure in the front with finite elementanalysis, proved that compared with the traditional cast iron, the dynamic performance of steelfiber polymer concrete filled structure has been greatly improved under the premise of nostiffness loss; Finally, adapt the steel fiber polymer concrete filled structure to manufacturinglathe bed of the machine tool CW6163E, though analyzing the production process of the lathebed, it indicated that compared to the traditional cast iron machine bed, the cost of the steel fiberpolymer concrete filled structure can be reduced16.1%, and because the steel fiber polymerconcrete filled structure bed does not require additional manufacturing mold, it can shorten theperiod of the production, raise the production efficiency.
