Based on eight granary square plansifter as the research object,analyze the problem suchas the static,modal and transient dynamics,structure optimization^fatigue of square plansifter,the main contents are as follows:(1)Established3D model of square plansifter,Under the premise of guarantee to trulyrelfect the actual mechanical performance of structure,to simply it. And at the same timeaccording to the force condition of the structure’s each part to choose right elements to meshwith many times, so as to establish the correct ifnite element model of square plansifter.(2)Analyzestatic of square plansifter,in order to obtain stress nephogram anddeformation nephogram of the square plansifter structure,its maximum stress and maximumdeformation of the dangerous position,and the stress concentration area, meanwhilecompared with the experimentally measured stress value,veriifed the rationality of the model,and the possibility of optimization design.(3)Analyzemodal of square plansifter,obtained each order modal frequencies andmodal vibration mode from the undamped but has constrained modal analysis results,and toprovide parameters of transient dynamic analysis such as Rayleigh damping and time step.(4)Analyzethe transient dynamic of square plansifter, in order to get it’s stress and timecurve.And compared with the experimentally measured stress and time curve,once againproved the model whether was reasonable,meanwhile the results show that the model furtheroptimization is feasible.(5)Establishedparameterized model of square plansifter,selected the appropriate designvariables, state variables and objective function, deifned the right range of design variablesand state variables, to seek the optimal value of the total volume of square plansifter structure.And analyze The modal of the optimized model,to observe the change of natural frequency ofmodel before optimization and after optimization. (6)Analyze the fatigue life of square plansifter, and observed the model’s fatigue lifewhether meet the design requirements before optimization and after optimization.
