With the increase of mining depth, soft rock roadway support in coal mine has become oneof the major problems of production and construction in China. Therefore, it is necessary toresearch supporting technology of soft rock roadway. The Aiminwendu coal mine is taken asengineering background, and the theoretical analysis, experimental study, engineeringmeasurement, numerical simulation and other research methods are used to test ang analyze therock mineral composition of the roadway. It shows that the coal and rock in Aiminwendu coalmine is extremely soft and strongly expansion. On this basis, according to characteristics of coaland rock of the mine, supporting design of different roadway is done. And the reasonablesupporting design scheme is determined by using numerical simulation. The supporting methodfor return air roadway of3coal in Aiminwendu coal mine is determined as high prestressedanchor, network, cable, sprayed combined with steel frame; The erection of double11#I steelspace truss is taken after supporting with anchor in the auxiliary car line roadway; Using cementconsolidation type composite anchor for grouting. Then, the bolt, anchoring force test is carriedout to verify the feasibility of the supporting design. |
