Research On High-voltage Power Supply Supervisory And Control System For Coal Mine

With the advent of the Internet age, degree of modernization of coal mine equipment has been improving, with the various functions of the monitoring system for coal mine has been applied to China’s major coal mines.Coal mine high voltage power supply monitoring system integrated automation system as a major component of the system directly to the mine production and safety equipment, power requirements, should be comprehensive and cover the underground high-voltage power supply system is stable and reliable operation. Therefore, the use of advanced technology programs and full-featured, reliable equipment, built up areas, including mining, including underground high-voltage power substation control systems, substations at all levels to strengthen the management of coal mines to ensure safe and reliable power supply substations have very real significance.To achieve this goal, this paper first summarizes the domestic and international coal supply monitoring system status and deficiencies, then the overall power supply system for coal analysis and discussion, a reasonable technical solutions.Highlighted the plight of the use of embedded computer hardware with industrial-type multi-threaded program, modular software design consisting of mining sub-station communication. The use of advanced sampling methods and protection theory, relying on high-speed hardware platform, designed the set with CAN communication interface "measurement, control, protection, communication," four functions in one high-voltage proof switch microprocessor-based protection and control unit. Finally, the master control system hardware and software components and functions are introduced.
