With the emergence and development of MEMS, The MEMS surface lubricationprotection material’s frictional and heat resistance decided the life of using. Self-assembledfilm modified to become one of the important means to solve the MEMS surface lubricationprotection. Polyurethane material because of It’s excellent properties were concerned.Polyurethane as MEMS lubrication protective material has not been reported. Fluorinesilicone modified polyurethane self-assembled monolayers were successfully synthesized It’sproperties have been studied.The PEA was synthesized by the stage pyrolysis reaction, on the response of thematerial ratio, reation temperature, the vacuum degree of polyester poly synthesis effectundertook study, on the synthesis of polyester polyol acid value, hydroxyl value were tested.Fluorinated polyurethane prepolymer (FPU) was synthesized using2,4-toluylenediisocyanate (TDI), PEA, dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), fluoride monohydric alcohol(F-OH). The structures and the self-assembly fluorocarbon films of the result polymers werecharacterized by FT-IR. The surface properties of self-assembly films were tested by AFM etal.FPUSi was synthesized by the fluorinated polyurethane side chain containing thecarboxyl functional groups reat with Si-NCO, The structures and the self-assemblyfluorocarbon films of the result polymers were characterized by FT-IR. The surface propertiesof self-assembly films were tested by AFM et al.
