| Green anodes production line is a major component ofcarbon industry used for aluminum. The quality of rawanodes directly affects the applied performance indicators of products and affects the cell’s operating conditionsin turn, such as the impact for most cycle, cell voltage drop and current density distribution and so on. In order to improve anode quality and for environmental protection, research on new line of raw anode production technology and equipment selection, process optimization and control of flue gas purification technology were taken and the anode production line of Sichuan Aostar Aluminum co. Ltd was employed.The reason of the cracks of green anodes produced with this technology was also investigated. The conclusions are as follows:1) The powerful high-temperature kneading/strong cooling technology was studied. with the research to identify appropriate process parameters to further improve the quality of paste kneading, to ensure a strong kneading at high temperature, high temperature molding conditions,physical and chemical products index, the yield to meet the requirements, to ensure the quality of products, the addition of asphalt was less than14%by volume for the first time.2) The first successful use of pitch on the domestic dry flue gas purification technology for research to identify suitable process control parameters to ensure that the treatment effect of pitch smoke. And the tar emission concentration of pitch fume was less than0.65mg/Nm3, dust emission concentration was less than72.88mg/Nm3, far below the national standard. This improves the on-site environmental conditionsand achieves better environmental results;3) The world’s first production line in anodes with vertical grinding technology was studied, a complete set of control parameters and control experience were acquired, low noise, equipment movement noise below86decibels, low iron pollution, low energy consumption, low maintenance workload were achieved.And the purity of the ball mill was more stable than the traditional horizontal ball mill.4) A successful development of slotted anode technology was achievedby vacuum vibration molding technology, use this method, the anode gas emissions of the resistance in the electrolytic cell, was reduced effectively, andhas a good effect on the current efficiency. |
