| In line with the development of the society and technology improvement,the demand for higher material life was unceasing pursue.Single color product was no longer satisfy the market demand,most of the plastic product manufacturers kept looking for multi-color injection molding machines.To response the market demand,machine manufacturers produced their machines.For example,double coloured machine and dual coloured machine.Recently,in the development of the dual coloured machine,a new type of mahine was derivate – dual mixing coloured machine.The colour of the molded parts were more colorful.This advantage made that kind of products become popular and resulted in high demand in the market.Based on the control system of common injection molding machines and dual mixing coloured machines,this thesis proposed a low cost,high efficiency dual mixing coloured control system.On the basis of the control requirements of a dual mixing coloured machines on injection and plasticizing,a hydraulic control system was designed including hydraulic safety circuit,the control circuit of each actuator,and power control circuit.In the electric control circuit,it included I/O definition,power control,and lubrication control circuit.Beckhoff Twincat PLC was used as programming software to design and implement the hydraulic & electric control on injection and plasticizing process of a a dual mixing coloured machine.Twincat System Manager was used.By using its mult-tasking and virtual machine function,a simulation test of an operation of a dual mixing coloured injection molding machine was carried out.After simulation test,a whole machine test was performed.The test result showed the designed control system was able to fulfill the requirement.In addition,it had a low cost and high response in control.Therefore,it was not only fulfill customer demand on the control system of dual mixing coloured injection molding machine but also had a great market value... |
