The Research On Ecosystem County Construction Of Luxi Based On Integrated Assessment Models

At present, the theoretical and practical research on ecological construction bothat home and abroad mainly concentrates on the city level and other large areas;however, theoretical research and practice are relatively few on the ecologicalconstruction on the county level. Based on the theory on ecology, ecologicaleconomics, circular economy and sustainable development, the ecosystemconstruction study on county level has great theoretical and practical significance.This paper took Luxi County as the research objective. Based on the basicconditions of the ecological environment and social development of the Luxi County,it evaluated the ecosystem construction condition of the county and conductedecological function zoning. Then specific measures were proposed to be taken ondifferent function zones. The whole paper falls into five parts: The first part is theintroduction of this paper which introduces the research background. Based on theprevious study, it describes the concept and connotation of ecological county, andreviews the theoretical and practical development of ecological county constructionboth at home and abroad. The main study content and objective were also illustratedsystematically in this part. The second part is also the basic part of this paper. Itsystematically illustrated theory on ecology, ecological economics, circular economy,sustainable development and other theoretical basis involved in ecological countyconstruction. It summarizes the evaluation method of ecological county constructionand briefly introduces the commonly used Footprint method, Individual indicatorassessment and Integrated assessment methods. Analysis was conducted to comparethe strength and weakness of these methods, and the integrated assessment methodswas adopted as the evaluation method of this paper. With the assistance of maximumdifference normalization method and variation coefficient method, the limitation ofcomposite indicator assessment was overcome in some degree. The third part analyzesbasic conditions on the ecosystem construction of Luxi County. Taking the practicalconditions and national ecological county construction index system intoconsideration, it also analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of theecological construction of the Luxi County with the SWOT method. The fourth partevaluates the ecosystem construction of Luxi with the integrated assessment models.First, the assessment indicator system is set up from economic development, ecological environment protection and social progress. Correlation analysis was alsoadopted to screen the indicator system. As a relatively objective value assignmentmethod, the variation coefficient method was adopted to determine the weight of allindicators and system layers. At last, weighted composite index method was used toevaluate the ecosystem construction of Luxi. Based on the ecosystem constructionassessment, the fifth part uses GIS technique to divide the Luxi County into fiveecological zones, on which customized measures will be taken.The effect of the ecological county construction of Luxi shows that the nature,economy and society subsystems are on the stage of fast developmentï¼›From2006to2010, The Luxi ecological index were0.0268,0.1797,0.3471,0.6778,0.8325,Theecological county construction of Luxi has experienced extremely bad, bad and goodphases. Now it has stepped into the good stage with a cheering prospect.
