On thecontrary, low temperature can’t crimp the goat hair enough which means the curl can’t last along time and the crimp will disappear.In addition, we also developed some new purpose of goat hair that is combining goat hairwith fur coat to manufacture a new kind of artificial furs having superior properties. Thecoating materials is polyurethane resin which is an excellent material modified into all kindsof shape and thickness. The coating properties will be determined by coated pressure, PUmass, direction of coating and so on. Too high coating pressure will make the solutionpermeate the textile and too low coating pressure can’t get smooth surface. A lot of waterwashing is necessary to insure the DMF have been removed clearly to avoid pitting defect.The best coating process conditions is three coats which guaranteed the surface layer smooth,the middle layer soft and the ground layer coherent to the base cloth. At last, the temperatureand time should be controlled to protect artificial fur from yellow and hard handle.At the same time, there are more researches needed on the purification to find a appropriateapproach to take advantage of carding goat hair based on its feature. And it is meaningful toexplore goat hair dyeing performance for further processing and utilization.
