Graphene has excellent mechanical,optical,electrical and thermodynamic properties.Adding graphene to textiles can expand the application field of traditional textiles and improve the development value of textiles themselves.However,graphene is mainly used in chemical fiber textiles and cotton textiles,but less in wool textiles.As a synthetic pollution-free amino acid,the sulfhydryl group on graphene can not only open the disulfide bond between protein macromolecules,but also redox with graphene oxide to form graphene.According to the above characteristics,a graphene modified rabbit hair fiber was prepared under certain conditions.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing the reaction conditions and mechanism of L-cystine with rabbit hair fiber,L-cystine and graphene oxide,combined with Ellman method,it was concluded the reaction order in L-cystein,graphene oxide and rabbit hair fiber was that L-cystine destroyed disulfide bond in rabbit hair keratin to form free sulfhydryl group.At the same time,free sulfhydryl group redox reaction with graphene oxide and grafting graphene.Graphene modified rabbit hair fiber was formed.The optimum process was as follows: L-cysteine concentration 0.05 mol/L,water bath temperature75?,ultrasonic power 90 W,reaction time one hour.The mass fraction of graphene oxide is 0.7%.When the rabbit hair fiber is grafted with graphene,the space configuration is changed,the thermal decomposition capacity is improved,the surface scale of the fiber is increased,the breaking strength of the fiber is slightly reduced,the friction factor is increased,the fiber mass ratio is reduced,and the color fastness to washing is excellent.(2)In the process of fiber meshing,the effect of different amount of graphene modified rabbit hair fiber on the spinnability of rabbit hair was studied.It was found that the spinnability of rabbit hair was improved when the content of graphene modified rabbit hair fiber was 10%.The fiber mass specific resistance,yarn breaking strength,fabric air permeability,moisture permeability,bacteriostatic rate and far red emissivity were studied.With the increase of fiber mass specific resistance,air permeability,moisture permeability,breaking strength,bacteriostatic rate and far red emissivity,the breaking strength,bacteriostatic rate and far red emissivity increased with the increase of fiber mass specific resistance,yarn breaking strength,fabric air permeability,moisture permeability,bacteriostatic rate and far red emissivity.The Board method and maximum tree method were used to optimize graphene pure rabbit hair knitted fabric,and the optimum addition amount was determined to be 20%.Functional graphene pure rabbit hair knitted pants were prepared with 20% graphene modified rabbit hair fiber,which not only basically retained the advantages of rabbit hair fiber skin smoothness,air permeability and moisture permeability,and improved the spinnability of rabbit hair fiber,but also had the functional characteristics of bacteriostatic and far infrared health care.The spatial utilization rate of rabbit hair fiber is expanded,its own value is improved,and the diversified development of pure rabbit hair products is realized.
