Rabbit Fiber is a kind of advanced natural animal fiber,with white,soft,smooth,insulation,ventilation and other excellent characteristics.Although the hair has its unique characteristics and advantages of many,but as a textile material has a defect can not be ignored:low cohesion,poor spinnability and large static,these problems seriously hindered the development of hair products.Currently on the market is almost no high quality hair pure spinning products,this is not a kind of regret.The rabbit pure spinning is a big problem,this paper developed a special rabbit wool oil additives,to hair fiber,in order to achieve fiber spinning pure rabbit production process can be smoothly into the net,the purpose of.With glyceryl monostearate,archeus oil,castor oil and EL-40 as the base,a new kind of oil is mixed with wool.Taking the change rate of friction coefficient as an index,the best ratio of each component of wool oil base oil was determined by L9(34)orthogonal experiment design:castor oil:Tai Gu oil:glycerin monostearate:EL-40=4:3:3:3.Three kinds of modified starch,Carboxymethyl Starch Stearate,carboxymethyl starch graft acrylamide and cross-linked starch,were prepared as additives and base oil.Three kinds of modified starch were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography,XRD analysis,and physical and chemical properties.Mixed oil can be evenly coated in the surface of fiber,thus changing the friction between the fibers,increase the adhesion between the fibers on the one hand,on the other hand,increasing the friction coefficient of the fiber surface,increasing cohesion,increase the spinnability of fiber.Research shows that:2%of the base oil emulsion viscosity is 2.8 mPa.S,when the addition content of DS is 0.332 CMS-St is 3%,the oil emulsion thickening effect to achieve the best,18.5 mPa.S;the mass fraction of adding carboxymethyl starch grafted acrylamide was 5%,the apparent viscosity values of up to 27 mPa.S.In the aspect of emulsion stability,static method and centrifuge test were used.Under static condition,the emulsion can achieve minimum 24 hours without stratification,and the degree of substitution of CMS-St is 0.332.The stability of the enhanced emulsion can reach 72 hours or more without stratification;In terms of friction coefficient,and mixed by crude oil emulsion spray,stuffy hair treatment,the friction coefficient of fiber is increasing,and the degree of substitution of 0.332 CMS-St compound and crude oil oil processing rate of 3%,8 hours after the stuffy hair friction coefficient was the maximum static friction coefficient change rate more than 120%,the friction coefficient of the change rate of about 20%;In the aspect of cohesion,without oil agent rabbit barely into the net,after mixing and crude oil treated fiber can be smoothly into the net,the holding force of up to 35.5cN/g:In addition to wash resistance,experimental results show that the three kinds of blended wool oil can be easily washed away,at the temperature of 45 DEG C,dip 10min,removal rate can reach more than 95%,basically can be completely washed away.
