In order to seek greater development, realize the technology progress, improve the competition ability, the enterprise decide to ameliorate the existing product equipment and dismantle all roasting furnace. Besides, the enterprise also prepare to build four rotatory kilns to roasting materials. By these measures, the productivity can be improved, the energy consumption can be reduced, the management can be easily operated, these have a important of practice sense.This paper first analyse and determine the process parameters of molybdenum iron smelting and roasting. The most appropriate oxidizing roasting temperature is600-650degrees Celsius of Molybdenum enter the rotatory kilns. Mo iron smelting use outside furnace method. The raw materials and accessories of the mathod include molybdenum concertrate, fesi, aluminum, saltpeter, iron ore, iron, fluorite, etc. Then in the technics design section particular expatiates the technics process and procedure. In the selection of equipment selection describes the equipment capacity and the simple appearance shape size (device). In auxiliary design part detailed described the assistant design content in the project, including water, electricity, layout and civil engineering specialty. Furthermore, the description of environmental protection, technical and economic data selection and calculation are also descibed in this paper.
