In rubber tyres enterprises, vulcanization process is the final process in the rubber production. Because of the process’s long manufacture time, manufacture centralizing, energy sources hugeous consume, it becomes the main bottleneck of the whole tyre production process, its production scheduling’s quality is the key function of highly improving production efficiency and quality of products. At present, during the vulcanization production, the produce scheduling process which deals with more than one hundred standards of tyres corresponding hundreds of equipments is depended on manual work experience. In the process, there are restrictions on vulcanization machines. So what vulcanization production scheduling is successfully and quickly built, is a great importance in making technical procedure clear, quickening technical rhythm, improving the enterprise’s economic efficiency.In this thesis, a study is made under the background of a large rubber tyre factory actual production, a thorough study of vulcanization produce scheduling is made, a production scheduling system of rubber tyre vulcanization is researched and developed. The main content of this paper is as following:First, analysed rubber tyres’vulcanization production genernal situation are analysed, parallel machine scheduling present situation of process constraint and vulcanization production scheduling complexity are studied, then rubber tyre production working process and manual scheduling situation of vulcanization production scheduling are described. The characteristics and difficulties of tyres vulcanization production scheduling are analysed, the present problems of tyres production scheduling are pointed out.Second, the vulcanization rubber tyres production scheduling method are studied. Aiming at rubber tyres vulcanization production scheduling single-process, parallel machines scheduling problem with special process constraint, two-stage strategy of vulcanization production scheduling, the load distribution of equipment and operation plans sequencing, is proposed, and methods of vulcanization production scheduling are studied. According to the load distribution of equipment, considering the factors of equipment historical load, equipment selected weight and tyre standard diversity etc., a0-1integer programming modeling based on virtual equipment load distribution of vulcanization machine is built, and based on improved maximum elimination solving algorithm is proposed; according to operative plan sorting, considering the factors of adjusting time of each equipment adjacent standards and workpiece delay time etc., a0-1integer programming modeling based on minimum delay time is built, and a optimal algorithm of workpiece sequencing based on optimal algorithm of single equipment minimum delay time is proposed.Third, rubber tyres vulcanized production scheduling system is designed and developed. On the base of definite system goals and system structure, system function, including vulcanization daily plan inquiring, vulcanization BOM decomposing, load distribution of equipment, operation plan sorting is designed, and corresponding modules are developed. Basing on designing systems development environment, database and interface are designed.Fourth, in the tyre business planning and scheduling integration platform, using vulcanization process field data, rubber tyre vulcanization production scheduling system is experimentally verified, through evaluating of two indices:vulcanization machines’ equipment load and device load rate, the validity of the system is verified.
