Research And Development Of Vulcanization-Forming Production Scheduling System For Rubber Tyre

In rubber tyres enterprises, vulcanization process is the final process and forming process provides tire embryoes for vulcanization process in the rubber production. Because of manufacture centralizing, huge energy sources consuming and many constrains,vulcanization process and forming process become important parts of the whole tyre production process, which can decide the production be finished on time. Its production scheduling’s quality is the key function of highly improving production efficiency of products. At present, during the vulcanization production and forming production, the produce scheduling process is depended on manual work experience, and it is in low degree of information technology. These led to production inefficiencies. So what vulcanization-forming production scheduling plan is successfully and quickly built, is a great importance in making technical procedure clear, quickening production rhythm, improving the enterprise’s economic efficiency.In this thesis, under the background of a large rubber tyre factory actual production, a thorough study of vulcanization-formig produce scheduling is made,and a production scheduling system of rubber tyre vulcanization-formig is designed and developed. The main content of this paper is as following:(1) Rubber tyres’ production process and vulcanization-formig production genernal situation are described. Vulcanization-formig production scheduling complexity is analysed. Manual scheduling situation of vulcanization-formig production is studied. The characteristics and difficulties of tyres vulcanization-formig production scheduling are explained. The present problems of tyres production scheduling are pointed out.(2) The policy of vulcanization-formig scheduling is brought out. And the methods of vulcanization and forming are each pointed out.(3) Rubber tyres vulcanization-formig production scheduling system is designed and developed. On the base of definite system goals and system structure, system function, including vulcanization mold-changing note charging and inquiring, vulcanization daily scheduling charging and inquiring, forming scheduling charging and inquiring are developed. Basing on visual studio2005development environment, database and interface are designed.(4) In the tyre business planning and scheduling integration platform, using vulcanization and forming process field data, rubber tyre vulcanization-forming production scheduling system is experimentally verified that in this paper is better and more efficiency than the former system, through evaluating of device load rate, the validity of the system is verified.
