As a sub-project of the National863Project "based on the optimum temperature integrated optimization System of steel-making-continuous casting processes to optimize energy consumption", this thesis focused on the Simulation and Optimization of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production of the iron and steel enterprises. The topic of this thesis including the following aspects:(1) Taking the production scheduling planning as input parameter, designed a steel-refining-continuous casting production scheduling simulation system. The system employed the optimizing scheduling strategy to arrange the schedule of all heats and employ the activity scanning strategy to control the produce process. The module can verify the accessibility and stability of the planning by simulate the produce process.(2) Designed a Steel-Refining-casting optimization model base on the Witness platform. The module employed in the function of backward time, The cast in conticaster optimized by the "Optimizer" module, and the other process simulated based on the precedence rule.(3) Based on the established module, take the temperature and transport ability into consideration and build a new simulation module.(4) This paper implements Simulation system based on witness of Steelmaking-Refining-Continuous Casting Production. This system has made SQL Server2008as the back database, chosen C/S program structure, used witness to Establish model and been implemented on eclipse Plug-in Development.
