| Currently, the traditional Workover Crane still uses diesel engine as the power devices, but there are some problems.For example, it has serious pollution problem, the working efficiency is very low and the working way is backward. It is unable to take action on the brakes correctly and rapidly when the motor system stripping a well, it often appears dead-zone on work frequently. The efficiency of the motor drive control system becomes lower. For these problems, an effective idea is needed to solve it. In this article,the motor drive control system of Workover Crane is improved, the efficiency and the level of the the automation of the Workover Crane are raised.In this article, on the basis of previous studies, researches and develops are done to improve motor drive control system of Workover Crane. The main contents include:In this article, the development of motor drive control system of Workover Crane is introducted simply. The principle of the Workover Crane is introducted and the feature of its running is analyzed. Based on all of theses, then the structure and the design requirements for the motor drive control system of Workover Crane are proposed.In order to solve the hysteresis quality problem when the Workover Crane start at the low speed and big torque, in this paper the way of DTC is selected, the implement is improvemented, a speed of the regulator scheme the fuzzy PI adaptive control based on PSO algorithm is proposed. In this scheme, the quantizing factor and the scaling factor of fuzzy controller are optimized by PSO algorithm to guarantee the most superior tendency and the stable state performance in the respone of motor drive control system. The result of simulation demonstrates that the scheme has the merits of nice compatibility, it has quick dynamic responds and the system is strong robustness. Meanwhile, the dynamic and static properties of the nonlinear systems improved then it has obtained the expected control effects.Through the study of algorithm and simulation, based on the results of the simulations and the design requirements, the hardware of the motor drive control system of Workover Crane is designed. At the same time, the software of the motor drive control system of Workover Crane is also designed, because of it, the work data of control system on line is monitored, and the running speed of the system is controlled.As a result, the design of the system is improved. |
