There are many occasions where warehousing crane can be applied.However,the ceramics warehousing crane described in this paper are mainly used in the ceramic industry.Responsible for ceramics in and out warehouse at the same time Pile them up.Automatic storage equipment for finished ceramics generally contains: loading robot,AGV car and ceramics warehousing crane.ceramics warehousing crane also includes three parts: big car,small car and lifting main hook.This paper uses cutting-edge motor control technology,developed a new high-precision ceramics warehousing crane control system.Improve the storage capacity and warehousing automation level of ceramic products manufacturers in China.The main contents of the paper are as follows:This paper first introduces the technical background and development status of ceramics warehousing crane,analyzes the problems and shortcomings of existing ceramics warehousing crane,proposes relevant improvement requirements,expounds the main research contents and significance of this paper,and proposes the feasible new solutions for development of ceramics warehousing crane control system.Secondly,in this paper,a new design of the given method of the speed of the car and the lifting mechanism is made,application of Fuzzy PID control to speed control of hoisting mechanism,add S-shaped speed curve to speed control of big and small cars.Application of fuzzy PID in lifting mechanism to optimize the stability of lifting mechanism,accelerate the response speed of the lifting mechanism,it's very helpful to improve the positioning accuracy of the lifting direction.Simulation of fuzzy PID controller in MATLAB,obtain the speed response curve of fuzzy PID control and traditional PID control,verify the performance of fuzzy PID control.Applying the S-shaped speed curve to the speed control of large and small cars to improve the impact of shifting,makes speed changes smoother,reduce the impact of acceleration and deceleration of large and small cars,increase the smoothness of operation and improve positioning accuracy.Master-slave synchronous control of the motors at both ends of the cart to optimize the rack friction phenomenon.Then introduce the implementation of the entire control system,explains the electrical schematic diagram of the entire control system and the configuration of the entire hardware,propose solutions for wireless communication,achieve wireless communication between PLC and host computer,solve the disadvantages of the limitation of the communication wire between the traditional crane host computer and the PLC.Finally,design the human-computer interaction picture,Contains parameter setting screen,monitoring screen and alarm screen.It is convenient for the staff to adjust and monitor the running status of the crane in real time,and find the problem in time through the human-computer interaction screen.
