In recent years,with the growing demand for home appliances,automotive,packing,electronics and other industries,the strip industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the quality of strip steel is more and more high.As an important process to improve the internal structure of the strip,annealing plays an important role in the quality of finished products.And,due to the compact layout,short cycle,uniform product performance and other characteristics of continuous annealing unit,it was widely used in the production of cold-rolled steel strip.However,the key technical parameters of the problem is still difficult to further improve the quality of the site and expand the production of the difficulty.For this reason,this paper takes the continuous annealing unit of a steel mill as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the continuous production of the continuous annealing process.Firstly,aiming at the welding quality of steel strip in welding process,based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the welding quality,the calculation model of heat flux and the calculation model of the effective heat of welding process are established.And through the coupling of the two models,a set of welding technology and the integrated optimization control technology of strip steel quality are developed.Secondly,according to the deviation of strips and thermal buckling problems,through the analysis of the deviation mechanism and thermal buckling defect,the model prediction model and forecast the thermal deviation of ladle were established,and the comprehensive prevention and control of strip deviation and thermal buckling as the goal,in the full acquisition range and tension setting best basis for solving optimal tension on the development of a continuous annealing system optimization technology unit tension,reduce the probability of occurrence of deviation of strips and thermal buckling.Then,in the process of flattening,work roll horizontal displacement phenomenon according to the field in the rolling process,a shape model of horizontal roll considering more practical when,on this basis,analyzed the influence by the roller type rolling and materials leading to the asymmetric shape of export,and fully integrated with equipment process characteristics of leveling machine,put forward special shape control strategy and technology for the smooth process of unit.Finally,considering the strip edge quality is an important quality index of finished strip,the trimming process,process optimization and equipment improvement of fully integrated optimization from the disc shear gap,overlap basic parameters and design of strip edge grinding device,developed the key technology of cutting edge a strip.On the basis of the above four core contents,a complete set of the key process model and the integrated control technology of strip steel quality are formed.Through the application of the related technology,the qualification rate of the welding technology from the previous 85% to 98%,due to deviation or buckling and breaking number from the application before 0.5 / month dropped to 0.3 times / month,even after the bad shape change rate reduced to 0.13%,edge quality defects occur the rate dropped to 0.023%.For the site to create a greater economic benefits,the value of further promotion and application.
