The springback phenomenon is stamping parts forming process is one of themost common problems. In order to improve the parts product quality, shorten thedevelopment cycle, we must be to springback prediction precision of the phenomenonand effective control. From the80s, the finite element simulationtechnology has been used in a lot of the numerical simulation of sheet metal forming,but of the general finite element simulation algorithm based on the incrementalprinciple because of the theoretical reason, want to accurately calculate the stress statevon berg systeme still, there are some difficulties, so precise rebound simulation isstill a difficult problem, the current experimental study is to solve the problem willrebound still indispensable approaches.this paper emphatically hafei car SaiBao developed in the electric vehicle, theside in strengthen pieces around the board of the parts in the process of formingrebound. This paper achievements of development of new models for future ofpressing problems to overcome the springback improve quality of parts haveimportant value.
