With China’s large building appears constantly, the cement consumption constantlyincreased. Through the cement industry develops rapidly, China’s cement production energyconsumption greatly increased. Continual improvement in production technology andcontinual expansion in production scale reduces the energy consumption of cementproduction, but it’s still with the international advanced level in the gap. At the same time,energy shortages trend increasingly serious. Therefore, to take energy conservation researchon the main energy consumption facility on the cement production process, which has becomethe main task of cement enterprise, such as used the energy effectively and reasonable,improved the energy utilization ratio.Coal and electricity are the main energy consumption of Cement production. More than70%of the power consumption occurs in the process of grinding and more than90%of thecoal consumption occurs in calcination system. Therefore, this paper takes main energymedium as the research object which involved in manufacture management activity in anenterprise. Starting from the main energy equipment, monitor and take management ofelectrical system and heat system, study the advanced energy management system, proceedfoundational energy efficiency test, analyze the energy efficiency, design energy-savingmanagement software which suitable for China’s cement enterprises, so as to improve therational use of energy, to reduce the per unit yield energy consumption of China’s new dryprocess cement production line, to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption.Firstly, on the basis of the development status, to research the energy consumption ofChina’s cement industry, and put forward the cement production index of energy consumption,including clinker comprehensive coal consumption, clinker comprehensive powerconsumption, cement comprehensive power consumption and cement comprehensive energyconsumption. Through energy efficiency analysis system at home and abroad to put forwardthe overall framework of cement energy efficiency analysis system based on MES(Manufacturing Execution System). The system application architecture is divided into threelevels, the bottom for energy information collection layer, mainly function is to complete datacollection from the DCS and manual input of other data, and then processing data integrated. Data collection points including the power consumption of a complete cement production line,the coal consumption of calcined system and heat transfer process. This paper introduced thethree kinds of data collection interface technology: DDE, API and OPC, designed and realizedreal-time energy data acquisition of production equipments from DCS or other automaticsystem to he real time database. After the collection is complete, to design unified dataintegration platform for scattered data of different source, finally to complete collection ofenergy data. The middle for data processing layer, it is to completed link with data acquisitionsystem through ADO communication protocol, including real-time database and historicaldatabase, and then to processing and analysis of production process data. The upper forapplication layer, the main functions are the production of real-time monitoring, energy alarm,the program management of energy supply and demand, quality management of energy,energy predict, energy balance, energy statements, etc.Secondly, on the basis of the overall system framework, to introduce the energyconsumption balance system, including: the material balance of the calcining system, heatbalance of rotary kiln and process electric balance of the whole. To measure station of incomematerials, spending materials, income heat, spending heat, and obtain the required amount ofmaterial, temperature, volume data, combined with artificial estimate data which can not beautomatically collected, obtained materials and heat balance results. Based on the Shan Shuifour line as an example, to measure the energy consumption balance, through analysis andcalculation to obtain availability factor of energy consumption, and provide the basis for thecement production enterprise energy saving.Lastly, to put forward the design plan of energy efficiency analysis system software. UseVisual Basic6.0programming language, combined with SQL Server2000and ABB ControlBuild F DCS system to realize.
