Research On Energy-saving Management Of Cement Enterprises In Jiangxi Province

In today's world,energy conservation and environmental protection have become the focus of attention for all countries to achieve sustainable development.Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid development,which can not be separated from the construction industry.Cement,as a kind of building material,has been widely used in modern construction engineering for a long time,with great demand.The energy conservation and environmental protection of cement industry has become a prominent problem in the coordinated development of society,economy and environment.Jiangxi province has a large number of cement enterprises,with up to hundreds of large and small cement manufacturers and a large amount of energy consumption.Therefore,enough attention must be paid to energy saving and consumption reduction in cement enterprises.Energy conservation management as an important part of enterprise energy conservation work,we must grasp the solid.This paper takes the cement enterprises in Jiangxi Province as the research object,and proposes countermeasures for the energy conservation management of cement enterprises in Jiangxi Province through the combination of literature research,investigation and research and case analysis.The specific research steps are: based on the induction of relevant energy conservation management research at home and abroad,firstly analyze the current situation of energy conservation management of cement enterprises in Jiangxi Province,analyze the problems existing in the energy conservation work of cement enterprises in Jiangxi Province,and then use the energy saving of A Cement Company.The management work analyzes the case,and finally uses the relevant energy-saving management theory and practical experience to summarize the countermeasures and suggestions for the energy-saving management of cement enterprises in Jiangxi Province.This paper points out that cement enterprises should focus on promoting energy conservation management while grasping energy conservation policies and promoting energy conservation technologies.Starting from the establishment of an energy management system,we will improve the incentive mechanism,gradually improve employees' awareness of energy conservation,and gradually improve energy conservation management by applying modern technologies such as statistics,energy management systems,and information technology.Only by doing this can we provide strong software support for hard indicators such as technology.The purpose of this paper is to help cement enterprises in Jiangxi Province to carry out effective energy-saving management.It has certain guiding significance for enterprises,and hopes to enable enterprises to protect the ecological environment while creating economic benefits,and to seek sustainable long-term development.
