Study On Job Burnout Of Safety Training Teachers In Tiefa Coal Industrial Group

Job burnout is one of the important characteristics for distinguishing individual enthusiasm,it has become the common problem of society. Combining previous researches, this articleselects the Liaoning TM group65safety training teachers as the research object, explore the jobburnout in the coal enterprise and analysis the influence the safety training in TM group becauseof job burnout. Also this paper puts forward the feasible plan in order to meet needs of the mineenterprise’s safety managementFirstly, interview safety training teachers through the way of talking, according to a largenumber of literature material, find out the factors of job burnout, work out the questionnaire;Secondly, analysis statistics with the aid of Spss17.0and Excel, confirm three main factors(social factors: including transformation of safety consciousness, high expectations forteachers; organize factors: including the school organization management, more arrangementin trained persons, interpersonal relations; personal factors, including the teacher’s personalitycharacteristics and the quality, etc); Finally, the key factor analysis of three ways and manyangles (Social level: for example improving social and economic status of the safety trainingteachers, reasonable expectations of society; Organization level, pay great attention to theteacher’s professional training in order to create a harmonious working environment, etc.;Individual level: setting up reasonable career expectations, shaping the whole personality, etc)are raised for preventing and easing the job burnout, meanwhile, provide powerful help forenterprise safety training work smoothly.
