Development And Application Of VR Safety Training System Platform For Coal Mine

Coal mining has always been a high-risk industry.For all kinds of underground work,a lot of safety training is required before formal employment.With the development of large and super large coal mines and mining equipment,production safety requirements to further improve,but due to various complicated reasons of large equipment,coal mine environment,led to the coal mine safety training cannot be immersive,must rely on text theory,equipment model,operability is poor,often poor training after the completion of the actual operation.In the specific well must be trained to affect the production order of the coal mine,training costs.Therefore,with the help of new science and technology and new training methods,it is of great practical significance to realize comprehensive safety skills training for all types of work in coal mines,improve workers' safety skills,and reduce hidden dangers and accidents.In this thesis,through analysis and study of virtual reality technology development status at home and abroad,combining with the characteristics of coal mine production system and studies the method of VR in coal mine safety technology training platform and the path,the design of VR in coal mine safety technology training platform system architecture,implementation of VR in coal mine safety technology training platform encoding ?run and tests,and combining the specific mine VR in coal mine safety technology training platform function and usability is verified.The overall design framework of VR safety training system platform of coal mine is composed of subsystems such as 3d visualization system of VR safety training of coal mine,VR real-time virtual system of coal mine,VR safety training and assessment system of coal mine,platform editor of VR safety training system of coal mine,map server and system resource update server.The system adopts the current advanced virtual reality technology,geographic information technology,big data integration technology,rapid automatic 3d model generation technology,etc.,which is an attempt to build a VR safety training platform for coal mine in the field of coal mine safety training by using the current advanced technology.This thesis contains 69 figures,5 tables and 52 references.
