Coal mine safety training has always been in accordance with the requirements of safety inspection and coal management agencies,which adopt fixed teaching materials,the invariable mode of teaching in the classroom and examination at the end of the course.It does not subdivide the content and methodof safety training from the perspective of trainees and coal mine enterprise.At present,even if the trainees study hard in class,the course arrangement is reasonable,the training is carried out on the rails,and the assessment results are qualified,as the time of safety training course is quite short and the consequentof training can not be continuously effective,it can just show that the trainees have successfully completed all the courses of safety training.Whether they can make use of the knowledge,skill and safety awareness which they have learnedin class is what the coal mine enterprises concern.In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of safety training and reduce the occurrence of accidents in production safety further,on the basis of full investigation,considering the requirement of coal mine enterprises and workers for safety education and training,this paper bases on the training of qualifications for special types of work and enterprise culture,utilizes modern information technology and safety psychology theory,stresses "skills,awareness,experience",insists on results orientation and classification,builds a result-oriented three-dimensional,compound and experiential coal mine safety training model,and forms a unique safety training and education system.This safety training project combines the actual situation of CL coal mine safety production,uses psychological means such as type 9 personality to distinguish the different situations of trainees,tests and classifies trainees.Afterward,according to different situations,the project implements the method of "one person,one policy" for the trainees whohave trouble in course.The students are trained differently by means of scene experience room,game experience room,traditional culture edification and virtual reality technology to simulate production site and accident site.In addition,we also use the means,such as,"mobile e classroom" mobile phone APP daily practice,psychological questionnaire survey and classified guidance,accident scene reproduction,industrial injury results simulation.Mobile phone APP,as a tool to improve the safety training effect,which is used frequently during and after training has been playing a long-term and effective role.After one year's implementation,good training results have been achieved.The "three violations" total number,serious "three violations" number,typical "three violations" number and general "three violations" number of people have been reduced in varying degrees;In addition,the incidence of typical violations,managersviolations,team "three violations" exceeding the standard rate,the number of repeated violations are also significantly reduced in varying degrees.The implementation and effect test of the safety training project,especially the popularization and application of theory and practice methods,have very important practical significance on improving the effect of coal mine safety training,reducing the accidents of human-made coal mine safety production,and reducing the occurrence of human-made violations.
